These little pretties can be used as tree ornaments too, but I felt they would make a nice alternative to bows.
My supplies were some ribbon and scraps left over from other projects, and a few leaves and of course hot glue!
I found this great idea on the blogs, of how to make paper roses. I grabbed an instruction sheet from a wine kit that was destined for the recycle and gave it a try. It was so easy to do. Click here to see the tutorial.
I downloaded a piece of sheet music from
The Graphics Fairy and quickly wrapped up three 2x2s. Who wouldn't want 2x2s for Christmas......especially three of them. Anyways, I placed the little creations on the awesome 2x2 gift and snapped away.
I must admit, I think I would coffee or tea stain my next roses or I could download the sheet music from The Graphics Fairy, printing on both sides. This would make beautiful roses for decorating too.
Cheers!
