I actually won a pair of BOGS!
Most contests don't include Canadians, so when I saw Karen, at The Art Of Doing Stuff was having a contest for some fancy boots that I have had my eyes on, I quickly entered. What a surprise to wake up and see that I won. I was up way too early and had to wait to tell my kids and sisters. It was the longest half hour of my life.....except for labor.....that was longer. We won't get into that!
Anyways, these are the boots I won.

The reason I wanted these boots are because of the winters we can endure here

Now that I have a pair of fancy boots coming my way, I will have to build my Dream Chicken Coop and score a few birds. I just want to thank her for having this amazing contest and to BOGS for supplying such wonderful boots!

Wow look at that white stuff! I always feel like a dork but we don't get snow and it looks so pretty. Congrats on the shoes very cool! Good luck getting chickens, my husband gave me a flat out no when I asked for some!
