This is bubble tea made the Feral Turtle way!
Serves 2

1/4 cup of large tapioca pearls |
|
4 cups of boiling water |
|
Cook until tender (about 15 minutes) and then drain! |

Marinade in 2 TBSP honey. Let them swim as long as you can. Overnight is best! |

Make a fruit smoothie using whatever frozen fruit you have. |

This is optional, but we happened to find it at our favorite Chinese supermarket. It is a flavored coffee creamer that comes in a powder form. I bought a bag of blueberry, and vanilla. It adds an extra boost of flavor and creaminess to the smoothie. I usually add about 2 TBSP to the blender. This smoothie got a boost of blueberry.

2 cups of skim milk |

Blend until smooth. Put pearls in a cup. Pour smoothie over top of pearls.

Serve with some Pocky, and you have yourself a pretty yummy snack!
