Christmas Baking

 We bake!

Half of the baking.  Well almost half.  There's more in the fridge and freezer.  We bake together and then divide by two!  Simple math = big variety!

Mini Cherry Cheesecakes  We Googled graham wafer crusts, and then a basic cheesecake recipe with cherry pie filling added after the baking was done!

Grinch Cookies  You can find the recipe Here, but we couldn't find lemon Kool-aid so we used lemon lime.  And when God gives you lemon-lime Kool-aid, you make Grinch cookies!

Mini Turtle Cheesecakes  We just Googled a graham wafer crust and made the basic cheesecake recipe.  Topped with Ganache and a pecan!

 Turtle Cookies  Recipe is Here!

Chocolate Mint Brownies  Recipe Here!

Pecan Tarts...Just a basic butter tart recipe minus the raisins and plus the pecans!

Nuts and Bolts....  Wont pass this recipe on as I wasn't overly happy with it.  I am sure there are better ones.  Hubby had to intervene and spice it up to make it better!  It's all good now!
I was going to call these Rudolph Balls but I figured people may get offended!  We opted for Rudolph Noses! Recipe Here!
A few trays to go out today!

And then out of nowhere, my awesome creative daughter, just started doodling!  These are plates from the Dollar Store colored with Sharpie markers.  She will bake them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, load them up with baking, and gift them.  (Not dishwasher safe)

Headed out to do a little cliff diving now.
Cheers!
